Our Staff

Dr. Bryan Born

I’ve always wanted to be a chiropractor. When an adult asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, the answer was always the same- Chiropractor. It wasn’t until I was treating patients as an intern that I discovered the passion I have for helping others. It’s truly special to really enjoy your work… I must be the luckiest man alive to be so appreciated for doing what I crave!

Dr. Bryan's History

Dr. Carol Born

I earned my Chiropractic Doctorate in Dallas, Texas in the same class as Dr. Bryan. In October of 2022, after 30 years, I retired from treating patients. You can still find me in the office helping patients at the front desk or doing all the mountains of paperwork it takes to run our office!

Kelly Wellings

I was born and raised in the suburbs of London, England. After university, I worked in investment banking and then decided I wanted to see a bit of the world before settling, so I trained hard and played squash at various tournaments around the world. I have a BSc (hons) degree in Sports Science and French from DeMontfort University in England and I got certified as a sports massage therapist in England before coming to the US.

Three states and two children later, I decided to pursue massage therapy again because I strongly believe that it is one of the most powerful tools for healing the body and mind.

It’s not often that people can say they truly enjoy their work, but I feel so lucky to work in a profession where I can help make a positive difference in the health and well-being of my clients.

My name is Sydney I am currently a student at Wayne State University pursuing a degree in Biological Science. I would love to be a doctor myself one day. She’s settling into the northern Michigan life and enjoys time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, traveling, dining, reading, and involvement with her church.

Michelle brings her organizational skills to our office as a mother of 5 children and a grandmother of 8. She and her husband have been long-time patients of the Born family. Michelle enjoys being the matriarch of her large family, having weekly family dinners and spending one-on-one time with her grandchildren.
