I hurt my shoulder after doing Y raises at the gym. Major pain started a few hours after the workout, it came on strong over the next two days. Pain was an 8.5 out of 10 and Motrin, Tylenol, and ice didn’t touch it. I sleep on that side and was absolutely miserable. I went to my chiropractor and Dr. Born suggested Low Level Laser Therapy. I couldn’t lift my arm high enough to type at my computer on Monday. After just one treatment, I was able to do some typing and I had better range of motion. 4 days later after just two treatments, I have full range of motion and the pain is down to 1 out of 10 and I can type normally again.
